Carolyn Gleason has been a part of the Leeds School of Business Advancement team since October 2010, serving in many roles throughout her tenure. As Assistant Dean of Advancement, she is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies for fundraising, alumni engagement, and donor relations to advance CU ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ and Leeds’ mission. Carolyn believes in the power of higher education, and enjoys working with alumni and donors to drive meaningful impact for the university and it’s students. Prior to joining Leeds, she worked at Simmons College in Boston, MA. Carolyn received her Master’s in Higher Education Administration and bachelor’s degree from Boston College.
