Matt Sparkman returned to CU ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ in August 2023. In his role, Matt partners with colleagues across campus to manage Principal Giving and Strategic Initiatives operations for the CU ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ campus, maintaining up-to-date pipeline and principal giving pool information, proactively prospecting for new prospects, and assisting with proposal writing and concept development.

Prior to coming back to ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ, Matt served as Assistant Director for Prospect Development at the University of Tennessee Foundation. He spent 2016-2022 in various advancement roles at CU ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ and CU System.

Matt is a proud CU ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ alumnus (class of 2016), with a B.S. in Business Administration from the Leeds School of Business.
