- Administrative Support for the College of Arts and Sciences Council Curriculum Committee
- ​Creates agendas and prepares materials for committee review
- Records meeting minutes and maintains archive of past minutes
- Coordinates with faculty, departments, and academic units that are sponsoring agenda items
- Curriculum Development and Approval Coordinator
- ​Reviews and processes forms for creating new courses and makes changes to existing courses
- Works with academic departments and units in making changes to majors, minors, and certificates
- Acts as liaison to the Registrar to makes changes on CU-SIS
- Course Archives
- ​Maintains archive of all courses (active and inactive) taught within the college
- Assists academic departments and units with research into inactive courses and past curricula
- Catalog Coordinator
- ​Acts as liaison between the Registrar and all of the units within the college
- Reviews and updates all college-level content changes in the academic catalog
