Michelle Ramsahoye (she/they) is a first-year PhD student in the Computer Science department. Their undergraduate research background was in general and biomedical applications of machine learning. Michelle is exploring how network analyses techniques can help improve phage therapy. Michelle earned their ASc degrees in Biology and Physics from Harford Community College (S-STEM Scholar, LSAMP Scholar) and a BSc degree in Mathematics from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (MARC U*RISE Scholar, Meyerhoff Scholar - M29). Their undergraduate research experiences have varied, involving genomics, chemistry, biology, art, computer science, and public outreach. For fun, Michelle enjoys playing the guitar, going to plays and concerts, and video games.ΜύΜύ
