COVID-19 Billing Information Tuition, Fees and On-Campus Housing and Meals

Updated August 9, 2021

This page provides information about resuming normal billing, payment, and refund processes starting Fall 2021.

Health and safety are our top priorities. If necessary, the campus is prepared to make a decision to move to a fully remote learning environment in order to support the health and safety of our campus community. No matter the instruction mode, students will receive the full and accredited CU ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ curriculum using the latest instructional design modalities and tools to maximize engagement between students, their peers and professors. If changes are made to class instruction mode for any reason, tuition will not be adjusted.

We will continue to provide updates as they become available. Information and dates may be subject to change.

Fall 2021

We are returning to a traditional in-person experience at CU ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ for the Fall 2021 semester, with a few continuing precautions. Beginning with the fall semester, the campus will discontinue the waiver of location-based fees for fully remote/online students. The campus will return to the previous tuition payment schedule, including withdrawals and refunds.

If all of your Main Campus classes are designated with instruction mode "online," you will be assessed reduced fees. Please note that no fee waivers will  be applied in this situation, you are simply charged fewer fees. This set of fees does not apply to students enrolled in MS-EE On Coursera, certficates/master's in Teacher Leadership (MATL), Continuing Education online classes, or any other combination of Main Campus classes, such as remote or hybrid.
