Dr. Iyigun, PhD, Brown University, 1995, is a professor specializing in the economics of the family, economic development & growth and applied theory. He is a Research Fellow at the Center for International Development at Harvard University and the Institute for the Study of Labor (IZA), Bonn, Germany. Prior to joining the faculty in 2000, he served as a staff economist at the Federal Reserve Board in Washington, D.C. Some of Professor Iyigun's research has been published or is forthcoming in the Review of Economic Studies, American Economic Review, Economic Journal, International Economic Review, European Economic Review, and other journals.
