Profile
Xiang Li is the Chinese & Asian Studies librarian at Norlin library. She joined the University Libraries in August 2007. She earned Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Chinese philosophy from Peking University in 1999 and 2002, respectively, and her Master’s degrees in Asian Studies and Information Science from University of Michigan in 2007. Xiang’s role in the Libraries is to help acquire and build library collections in several Asian languages, including Chinese, Hindi/Urdu, Farsi, and Arabic. Xiang’s research interests include collection development and library instruction. Her research currently involves examining international students’ use of academic library.
