He served as ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ County Commissioner from 2005-2012, and Mayor of ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ, Colorado from 1998-2004.  Will served on the board of the Denver Regional Council of Governments from 1998-2012, including serving as board chair. He led DRCOG in adopting goals for reducing greenhouse gas emissions and vehicle miles travelled in the region.  This talk in one in a series of conversations with sustainability leaders in the region about new directions in policy, planning and design.
