ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ

Itgelmaa Chavgaa is a recent graduate from the ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ, with a bachelor’s degree in environmental studies. She was born in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia and came to the United States to pursue her bachelor’s degree. Itgelmaa is currently working as a research assistant at CEDaR. She is also working as a communications assistant at ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ Dushanbe Sister Cities. Itgelmaa is passionate about urban development and community engagement,  especially in East and Central Asia. A particular interest of her is land-use planning in Mongolia and its relationship with pastoral-based economies. At the same time, she has a goal of developing sustainable living environments with the help of technological advancements.
