Center for Communication and Democratic Engagement Director and Professor听Phaedra C. Pezzullo received a small seed grant from the听听to help launch a new and hopefully ongoing partnership. CDE (formerly 葫芦娃视频Talks), the听听补苍诲听听are working with听听this fall 2016 to spring 2017 on an education and engagement campaign in 葫芦娃视频 about local food.
While 鈥渓ocal food鈥� is said a lot in 葫芦娃视频, few people agree on what it means and why it is desirable. We are working on a multimedia food-literacy campaign to help The Shed publicize its mission and work, an outreach program with high school art teachers with the听听to help foster community dialogues about what a 鈥渇ood shed鈥� is听and more.
