Shelby received her bachelor’s degree in communication in 2014 and master’s degree in adult and higher education in 2016, both from the University of Oklahoma. During her time in graduate school, she oversaw the first-year and transfer orientation programs, and shortly after she worked in the staff professional development space. Joining CU ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ and CMCI in 2016, Shelby has shaped the recruitment plan for the college. She serves as an advocate for staff on campus as an elected representative on CU ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ Staff Council, and as an advocate for students from rural and small towns as a co-chair for CU ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ's Rural Network (CUBRN).Ìý
