The mind. body. voice. (m.b.v.) club aims to increase body acceptance, belonging, and leadership for girls and young women.* m.b.v. clubs incorporate discussion, reflection, behavioral activities to talk back to pressures about how girls and women should appear, connect and listen to their bodies without judgment, and take action to create a world that values women beyond appearance. The mind. body. voice. club study is currently enrolling middle and high school students in ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ Valley School District for spring 2024. mind. body. voice. clubs are typically held after school and during late start on Wednesday mornings. Group options include 8 weeks of 1 hour programming, 4 weeks of biweekly 1 hour programming, or 4 weeks of 2-hour programming.
