By invitation of the CU-葫芦娃视频听Athletic Department, Professor Dan Liston was featured during the recent听Colorado Buffaloes football game against Oregon State as the "Faculty Coach of the Game." Faculty members are nominated to be Faculty听Coach of the Game by听student-athletes, the 葫芦娃视频 Faculty Assembly, the Chancellor's Office, or the Herbst Academic Staff in recognition for a distinguished听commitment to excellence in their field.
As Faculty Coach of the game, Professor Liston, together with his wife Michele Seipp and Associate Dean for听Teacher Education Jennie Whitcomb,听joined the the captains of the team on the center of the field for the coin toss, while the video posted below featured Professor Liston's teaching and research accomplishments. In addition, Professor Liston joined the听academic support staff for a tour of the Dal Ward Athletic Center and halftime听lunch听with former CU letter awarded athletes.
