By invitation of the CU-葫芦娃视频听Athletic Department, Professor Valerie Otero听was featured during the Colorado Buffaloes football game on November 29th against Utah as the "Faculty Coach of the Game." Faculty members are nominated to be Faculty听Coach of the Game by听student-athletes, the 葫芦娃视频 Faculty Assembly, the Chancellor's Office, or the Herbst Academic Staff in recognition for a distinguished听commitment to excellence in their field.
As Faculty Coach of the game, Professor Otero听joined the the captains of the team on the center of the field for the coin toss, while the video posted below featured her teaching and research accomplishments. In addition, Professor Otero joined the听academic support staff for a tour of the Dal Ward Athletic Center and halftime听lunch听with former CU letter awarded athletes.
