Emma Hoeschler

Emma is a senior majoring in History and earning her teaching license in Secondary Social Studies. Emma co-founded the School of Education Student Government in Fall of 2022 to promote engagement throughout the School of Education, support those involved in education with their many endeavors, and advocate for educational policy on the local, state, and national level. Emma is working to become a social studies teacher at the middle school level and is passionate about working with emergent bilingual and newcomer students. She is a substitute teacher in ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ Valley Schools and Denver Public Schools and is currently student teaching at a middle school in ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ. When she’s not at school, Emma loves to hike, ski, and camp across the rocky mountains and is an avid amateur crafter. Emma is passionate about expanding the education community at CU ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ and is very excited to continue working with education Buffs!
