In this two-hour workshop attendees will explore how contemplative pedagogy fosters cognitive and academic performance and how it can be utilized in one’s personal life and in the classroom. Stephanie Briggs is Assistant Professor of English at the Community College of Baltimore County in Baltimore, Maryland, where she teaches Developmental English and English Composition I classes. She is a graduate of the New School and New York University in New York City. Her program, β€œBe. Still.
