What You’ll Do:
$60 - $80K (annually)
The work will be geared toward the successful candidate’s skills and abilities, and will include project design and production, or a focus on Construction Administration, depending on the applicant. Additionally, the opportunity for growth into additional responsibilities is available.
A respondent should have the following skills and experience:
Strong design skills
Revit proficiency
Working Sketchup proficiency
Working AutoCAD proficiency
Working Blue Beam proficiency
Comfortable with hand sketching ideas
General knowledge of both residential and commercial building systems
Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe Acrobat
Construction knowledge a plus (required for CA Specialist position)
Knowledge of Denver and ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ codes and processes a plus
Sustainability knowledge a plus
Team Leadership experience
Strong written communication skills
Strong production skills
And should exhibit the following characteristics:
Self-motivated
A desire to learn
An ability to move projects forward with a reasonable level of interaction
A focus on finishing tasks
