Be Body Positive
Exercise can do so much more for your body than simply work your muscles or improve your cardiovascular fitness. Too often we treat exercise as punishment when we can use it to elevate ourselves. Learn to relate to your body with kindness, improve your self-image, and develop sustainable, positive self-care behaviors with practical wellness tools that promote confidence and self-love.

Participants will be able to:
- Practice sustainable self-care behaviors and apply wellness tools that heighten self esteem and confidence
- Identify what types of exercises and movements can address anxiety and inflammation
- Evaluate how to relate to your body with increased kindness and self love
