If you have trouble getting a good night’s sleep and have tried the usual techniques without success, it’s time to try something different. In this session, you will learn about tools to help you clear obstacles and find sleep solutions that work for you.

Who should attend
This workshop is intended for any CU ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ faculty or staff member who wants to learn more about getting a good night’s sleep and add to their personal care routine. This workshop is hosted by FSAP in conjunction with our partners at Elevations Credit Union.

Instructor
Christine Gust, MBA Doctor of Naturopathy
The themes of Christine's sessions are centered around her mission to support people who want to break out of old paradigms and limiting behaviors to create innovations and new possibilities, both personally and professionally. Incorporating recent findings in psychology and neuroscience, expertise in innovative techniques, and practical business experience, Christine teaches employers and their staff how to identify and transform counterproductive behaviors that negatively impact their performance, health, and satisfaction. In addition to 10 years in private practice, Christine earned an MBA and Doctor of Naturopathy degrees and builds on 15 years in Human Resources management.
