We hear it so often that it has become cliché, “the only constant is change”. Cliché it may be but the pace of change is accelerating and who among us is not feeling the impact?

Join your colleagues to learn about how change and the stressors it brings with it can affect us professionally, personally, and emotionally. Learn about and explore approaches to help manage the impact of change on your life. With practice, you might even find yourself feeling less overwhelmed by all the change in front of you and better able to thrive in its midst.
