The HR Blueprint Project team recently completed an assessment of our HR processes and systems and will now kick off a multi-year project to design and implement clear strategy, structure, roles, processes, governance, and technology for HR across campus, both in the units and within the central HR team.&nbsp;</p></div><div><p><span>The outcome</span>s of HR Blueprint are designed to <span>put people first and improve the day-to-day, tactical HR processes</span> that support the people driving our academic mission. It is intended to build more strategic HR partnerships to provide better communication, cooperation, and service for <span>a more accessible HR experience </span>overall.&nbsp;</p></div><div><p>As we work toward these incremental system changes, it's important to note we will continue to partner with our CU System and peer campuses to explore opportunities for greater system transformation for our HR technology portfolio.
