- The «Ƶ was one of just three recipients of the coveted Innovation & Economic Prosperity (IEP) University designation at this year’s Association of Public and Land-grant Universities (APLU) Annual Meeting held in San Diego, CA in November.
- CU «Ƶ researchers are working to apply machine learning to psychiatry, with a speech-based mobile app that can categorize a patient’s mental health status as well as or better than a human can.
- Graduate student Patrick Pischulti worked on the new design, which will help NASA send astronauts to the moon by 2024.
- a dozen clients at the university’s clinic have launched rehearsals of their own interpretation of “The Wizard of Oz.” Already, the experience is stretching their abilities.
- A new partnership between CU «Ƶ and a local school district is helping kids to tell stories using digital tools—and they’re having fun re-imagining old fairy tales in the process.
