Scam Alert: Robotics Technologies

was recently reported to ISSS for emailing students and asking for personal documents (passport, educational documents, I20s and EADs). The emails were unsolicited. Students who had not applied for a position at Robotics Technologies received the emails.

Note: Legitimate companies will never send an email asking you for personal information. It is never a good idea to email your personal documents, including immigration documents, to anyone you do not know. You can provide these types of documents to an employer with whom you have been offered a position and are required to complete official hiring procedures.
