Suzanne Taborsky-Barba

  • Lab Manager
  • DEPARTMENT OF PSYCHOLOGY AND NEUROSCIENCE

Suzanne graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a BS in Psychology and a minor in adolescent development. She began her career in an adolescent research lab at Stanford University, and after some graduate work, she landed at the Department of Psychology and Neuroscience in ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ. Throughout her career, and after raising her three children, she’s become even more focused on research in affective disorders, and the complications posed for treatment by the comorbidity of anxiety and depression. The RADD lab seeks to find the differences in the neurocognitive functioning of adolescents who cope versus those who become anxious and depressed in response to identical stressors; Suzanne is thrilled to have the opportunity to contribute to this line of research as she believes this is the most important research question we can answer for our children and our collective future.
