How did the McNeill Academic Program help you reach your academic and career goals?
Nardos: The McNeill Academic Program taught me educationally and in communication but most importantly a way to connect with people in an academic environment. As a minority in a PWI, it was sometimes difficult to step out of my comfort zone but with the help of my coworkers and coordinators, I felt like I could network for both personal relationships and future career goals.
