Chris Jorde (Ph.D., ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ) joined the department as an Instructor in 2023. He teaches a variety of classes in Comparative and American Politics, including courses like Western European Politics, European Union Politics, U.S. Campaigns and Elections, and Political Psychology. His research focuses on European and electoral politics, with a particular interest in voter support for new parties in regional, national, and European Parliament elections. Outside of the classroom, Chris is an avid rock climber, trail runner, and skier.
