After many years in the business world, I returned to school so that I could teach.  My experience with writing has been mostly at the professional level, where I was responsible, among other things, for drafting corporate communications of a financial nature and coordinating comments from various internal and external parties. In addition to teaching writing at CU, I have taught English in Xi’an, China. In my spare time you can find me traveling and photographing people and wildlife in their environments.
