Faculty & Staff Announcements
- Please help us encourage faculty to submit their Fall 2020 course material information as soon as possible.
- Students will continue to have the option to finish enrolling through Campus Solutions ("standard" option), but we expect this new registration functionality ("beta" option) to provide a smoother and more intuitive registration experience.
- Effective Fall 2020, the deadline for students to change a 16-week student-option class from letter grade to pass/fail (or vice versa) is now the tenth Friday of the semester (prorated for special sessions).
- A revised July and August registration schedule is now reflected in the Fall 2020 academic calendar (see side-by-side date changes below).
- Starting Monday, June 15, our office will start adjusting the Fall 2020 schedule of classes to meet the health and safety goals that will enable our return to campus. Adjustments are expected to continue through mid-to-late July.
- Instructor/advisor preferred name has officially been added as a name type to Campus Solutions. This name will display in downstream systems, including CU ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ Class Search, Buff Portal, Buff Portal Advising and MyCUInfo's Faculty Toolkit tab.
- The enrollment start date for incoming transfer and summer-to-fall undergraduates has been moved from May 26 to a yet-to-be-determined date in June.
- The Spring 2020 grace period for undergraduate and graduate students to request pass/fail ended at 11:59 p.m. on Monday, May 11. We ran an overnight process to post all grade rosters in "Approved" status, and have since begun to process the more than 7,000 pass/fail requests submitted during the grace period.
- CU ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ is providing a grace period for Spring 2020 classes with a pass/fail deadline of April 30 or May 1. Undergraduate and graduate students now have until 11:59 p.m. on Monday, May 11, to submit a pass/fail request form to change their grade mode from letter grade to pass/fail or vice versa.
