- Your College Opportunity Fund (COF) stipend can't be applied to your bill because the Social Security number (SSN) in your CU ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ record doesn't match the one in your COF application.
- Your College Opportunity Fund (COF) stipend can't be applied to your bill because the name you provided to CU ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ doesn't exactly match the name in your COF application.
