- On your behalf, CU ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ has granted you an institutional waiver that allows your COF funding to continue through Fall 2024.
- As a graduate or law student, you may be eligible to petition for in-state residency for Spring 2025, provided you established physical presence in Colorado on or before Jan. 12, 2024, and take the necessary steps to establish legal ties by the time periods outlined below.
- This is especially important if you're located outside of Colorado and/or you won't be on campus while taking classes.
- Automatic enrollment ends on Jan. 25; waitlists are canceled on Feb. 6.

- You are receiving this letter because the Office of the Registrar is complying with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), a federal student privacy law that requires advance notification before records concerning students are provided in response to any subpoena.
