Disclosure of External Professional Activities (DEPA)

Projects and protocols submitted to the or to the IRB cannot receive approval until an annual DEPA is submitted, reviewed and approved. DEPA forms must be submitted between January 15 and March 31 of each year, as well as any time circumstances change.

In January 2016, the University of Colorado implemented the Concur Travel Approval process for all international travel. Please use the Visual Compliance  to ensure the conduct of your activities abroad are in compliance with U.S. government regulations.
