Retirement should be viewed as a new beginning: a time to redirect and refocus our attention to interests previously unpursued, and a time to take on new, novel challenges as the landscape of the ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ campus and the landscape of higher education, in general continues to evolve in the 21st century. With this in mind, the CU ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ Retired Faculty Association (UCBRFA) was established in 2020 to facilitate successful retirement experiences for current and soon-to-be retirees, andÌýencourage retired faculty members to remain actively involved in academic, educational, scholarly and cultural activities on the ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ campus. The association is supported and funded by the Office of the Chancellor, the Office of the Provost , and the Office of Faculty Affairs, and is closely allied with the ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ Faculty Assembly (BFA).
UCBRFA welcomes members from all categories of retired and soon-to-be-retired CU faculty, their spouses and domestic partners, and members of the ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ community with an interest in participating in the association’s activities and programming.
