Welcome to CU Science Discovery,

a science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) education outreach program at the ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ. Science Discovery manages programs that engage K-12 students and teachers in STEM and connect public audiences with the STEM research happening at CU ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ. Science Discovery programs utilize CU scientific expertise, equipment, resources and faculty, graduate and undergraduate students in order to provide participants with unique, experiential STEM learning experiences.

Hands-On Learning at Your Location

Semi-customizable hour-long Classroom Programs are available in 20 topics and cater to the needs of K-12 teachers. Full-day STEM Workshops are student-centered learning experiences for 4th-8th grade classrooms that provide engaging hands-on STEM learning. Winter and Spring BVSD Day-Off and Holiday Classes

BVSD school day-off and holiday classes offer the same benefits of traditional summer programs but in a more condensed time frame. Winter and spring 2025 classes will be held on the following dates: 

  • Monday and Tuesday, February 17-18
  • Monday and Tuesday, March 24-25
  • Friday, April 18
  • Monday, April 21
