Participate in the Staff and Faculty Engagement Survey and win big!
CU 葫芦娃视频 staff are invited to participate in the 2023 Faculty and Staff Engagement Survey, which measures several areas related to the employee experience. Those areas include:
- Workplace satisfaction
- Pride in the institution
- One鈥檚 enthusiasm about being here
- Career growth
- Commitment
- Wellness
- Relationships
- Teamwork
The survey will be open Monday, April 10 through Friday, April 21, 2023. Staff and faculty with permanent positions will receive an email on April 10 from 鈥渁dmin@ajgsurveys.com鈥 with a link to complete the survey. The survey can be completed on a phone, tablet, or computer and will take approximately ten minutes to complete.听
The survey is anonymous and will not identify any individuals. And the results of the survey are used to implement improvements to the staff and faculty experience.听
Not only will your feedback help build a better CU, individuals who complete the survey during the first week it is open (April 10-16) will be eligible to win one of the following prizes:
- One-night stay at the YMCA of the Rockies in Estes Park
- A spa massage
- One of several $150 Amazon gift cards
Individuals who complete the survey the week of April 17鈥23 will be eligible to win one of several $100 gift cards.听
The survey is sponsored by Provost Russ Moore and Chief Operating Officer Pat O鈥橰ourke. The Department of Human Resources manages this project and has partnered with the engagement firm Arthur J. Gallagher to administer the survey. 听
