Staff Council hosts a monthly speaker series and this month it is featuring the Infrastructure & Sustainability Mentor Program (ISMP). Come join us on September 9 at Noon via zoom to learn all about this program.

The ISMP is a staff mentor program available to all staff at CU ��«��Ƶ, provided one of the mentor teammates is an Infrastructure & Sustainability staff member. Entering its 10th year, the (ISMP) is designed to provide our staff opportunities for professional and personal development. Mentor partner teams serve as role models to each other, providing support in identifying and pursuing career goals, and enhancing skills to prepare employees for future success in their careers with our department and the ��«��Ƶ.

This is a no cost employee development opportunity for staff. This year, in addition to the mentor partnerships, participants will have the opportunity to learn and participate in programming that includes Social Justice and Change, Change Management, Sustainability, and The Power of Gratitude. Additionally, ISMP hosts a leadership roundtable discussion and holds its annual ISMP Gives initiative - an opportunity for participants in the mentor program to give back to their community.

This year, participants who successfully complete the program will earn a micro-credential from the university.
