Hi Buffs,ÌýÌý

Winter in Colorado is truly something! While we experienced some snow and extreme cold last month, I am grateful for the warm and sunny days we often get between the drops in temperature.ÌýÌý

With the spring semester well underway, February offers us a chance to focus on our community. I like to make time each week to intentionally connect with others, whether it is friends, family or colleagues, to maintain my well-being. This month, take a moment to reach out and spend quality time with someone who is important to you. This could be friends, roommates, classmates, co-workers, family members, significant others, mentors or supervisors. Set up time to get coffee or a meal together or schedule a video chat—however you choose to reconnect, be intentional and present.ÌýÌý

Please read on for some additional ways to connect with your community this month.ÌýÌý
