Hannah Wilks

Hannah Wilks is a strategic and adaptive leader with 17 years of experience at CU ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ. Currently serving as the Interim Assistant Dean of Students, she oversees the Basic Needs Center and Student Support and Case Management departments. Hannah has a proven track record of developing and implementing programs and services that enhance the student experience and foster social impact. With a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in Political Science and Public Policy, and a Certificate in Environmental, Social, and Governance Strategy, she is equipped to address complex and interdisciplinary issues in higher education.
She communicates and develops strategic outreach to thousands of constituents annually, engaging them in programs and services such as academic support, volunteerism, civic engagement, sustainability, and basic needs resourcing. Hannah has a strong history of managing diverse and cross-functional teams, collaborating with hundreds of partners from non-profit and government sectors, and incorporating social justice and gender equity education into staff and volunteer training.
Hannah is passionate about creating a culture of inclusion, innovation, and impact within the organization and beyond. In her free time Hannah likes to work out at the gym, listen to podcasts, take on landscaping projects at home, and spend time with family and friends.
