Mike Leeds (Fin'74), Tyler Briggs (Econ'08) and Jacob Timm (MBA'11) will answer your questions during a panel discussion.

Tyler studied Economics during his time as a Buff, which led him to a career with an economic forecasting firm after graduation. Then he realized that his true purpose was to work with people rather than data. With that in mind, Tyler now works as a technical recruiter at Google and helps oversee the on-boarding process for bringing new employees into the company.
Mike is a successful entrepreneur, business leader and philanthrophist as the president and founder of FlightStar, Inc., a Long Island aircraft management firm. He also was the president and CEO of CMP Media, Inc., one of Fortune Magazine's "100 Best Companies to Work For." He led the company from 1988 to 1999, taking the company public and reaching nearly $500 million in sales. More recently he served as Chairperson of the Leeds School of Business Advisory Board from 2002 to 2007. In October 2001, Michael led his family's endowment of $35 million to the ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ's business school in efforts to increase academic excellence, expand its curriculum to include Ethics and Social Responsibility as part of the core curriculum, and to increase diversity.
Jacob received his MBA from CU ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ in 2011. He has since found success in the start-up world, leading teams from initial idea to global scale execution. His experience as an advisor at Techstars has allowed him to pursue a career that spans multiple industries and products, including mobile, web and machine interaction.
