Special recognition ceremonies will be sponsored by most University of Colorado at ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ schools and colleges in addition to the university-wide commencement ceremony on Dec. 19 in the Coors Events/Conference Center.
Following is a schedule of special events to be held by the schools and colleges, which also are open to the public:
- Architecture and Planning – Recognition ceremony for architecture and planning graduates, Dec. 18, 3 p.m., Environmental Design Building.
- Arts and Sciences – Some individual departments have scheduled events. Graduates should contact their respective departments.
- Business – Recognition ceremony for business graduates, Dec. 18, 5:30 p.m., Macky Auditorium.
- Engineering – Recognition ceremony for engineering graduates, Dec. 18, 8 p.m., Macky Auditorium.
- Graduate School – Reception for doctoral graduates, Dec. 19, 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Fiske Planetarium.
- Journalism – Recognition ceremony for journalism graduates, Dec. 18, 3 p.m., Macky Auditorium.
- Law – Recognition ceremony for law graduates, Dec. 19, immediately following the university commencement ceremony, Moorhead-Rutledge Lounge, Fleming Law Building.
- Music – Recognition ceremony for music graduates, Dec. 18, 3 p.m., Grusin Music Hall. Reception follows at 4 p.m.
