The University of Colorado at ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ will highlight the breadth of artistic and cultural resources available on campus through a variety of free and low-cost events during Arts and Culture Week Sept. 19-25.
One of this year's highlights is the public dedication of CU-ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ's new Visual Arts Complex, including the grand opening of the new CU Art Museum, on Sept. 24. A closing reception for the "Ground Game" exhibit in the UMC Art Gallery will be held on Sept. 23, at 4:30 p.m.
Music performances for Arts and Culture Week begin Sept. 19 with a free guest alumni recital in the newly remodeled Grusin Music Hall in the Imig Music Building. Stephen Buckley will perform on double bass, accompanied by Margaret McDonald and Sara Parkinson on piano.

Tuesday evening will feature a Visiting Artist lecture from Korean photographer Yeondoo Jung at 7 p.m., in room 1B20 of the Visual Arts Complex.
