The Pink Life Saver, a mobile mammography program of University of Colorado Hospital, will be on the east campus (south of the ARCE building) from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Oct. 20. The service is available on the third Thursday of every month.
The mission of the Pink Life Saver and the University of Colorado Hospital Breast Imaging Department at the Diane O’Connor-Thompson Breast Center is to provide convenient and easy access for women to have their annual mammogram.
Services include:
- Hologic Dimensions 3-D Tomosynthesis mammography equipment- fully ACR andMQSA accredited
- ARRT registered Mammography Technologist
- Computer aided detection (CAD)- provides a “second look” of images
