Go global: Learn how to build a global life from CU ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ alumni who have already done it.
When theÌýºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ convene in ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ on Saturday, May 6, they will host an eventÌýfocused on buildingÌýa global career, developing global leadership skills and promotingÌýsocial good worldwide.

What: Go Global event with the Global Ambassadors
When: Saturday, May 6, 2 to 5 p.m.
Where: Imig Music Building, Chamber Hall and Student Lounge
The Global Ambassadors, made up of 16 alumni representatives from around the world, areÌýdedicated to thinking through the chancellor’s top priorities—impacting humanity, shaping tomorrow’s leadersÌýand being the top university for innovation—in an international context.
The Go Global eventÌýwill offerÌýstudentsÌýthe chance to connect with prominent alumni, international dignitaries and campus leaders. Chancellor Philip DiStefano will offer opening remarksÌýfollowed by : Building a Global Career and Developing Your Global Leadership Skills.
The board was first formed by DiStefano in August 2016, when he hosted the inaugural membersÌýin Florence, Italy,Ìýto discuss the global future of the university.
Among the goals of thatÌýfirst meeting were to walk away withÌýplans to integrate the CU ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ teaching and learning community into their business and professional communities around the world andÌýto begin exploring opportunities in the areas of industry, study abroad and recruitment.
