Homecoming week brings a myriad of student events to campus, including the Pac-12 Fitness Challenge, free yoga class, New Venture Challenge Quick Pitch Nights, carnival games at the UMC fountain area,Ìýan undead celebration of Halloween and fitness,ÌýHomecoming Pep Rally and Parade, student tailgate, CU vs. Cal football game, the annualÌýHalloween Masquerade Ball and the start of everyone's favorite Humans vs. Zombies.

Help CU ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵÌýdefend our title as Pac-12 Challenge champions by signing up to log your minutes of movement!ÌýWe will compete against the other schools in the conference to see which campus community can collect the largest number of registered participants. To kick off the week of fun Homecoming events, swing by Balch Fieldhouse at 5 p.m.Ìýfor a free hour of yoga by Core Power. This is a great place to stretch before the big game and loosen up for a full week of celebration and festivities. Don’t forget your yoga mat!

If you’re an aspiring entrepreneur, then come and pitch your million-dollar idea to your friends, colleaguesÌýand potential future mentors and team members. Join the Innovation & Entrepreneurship InitiativeÌýforÌýthis Quick Pitch event Oct. 24Ìýand 26, from 5:30 to 7Ìýp.m. at the Canyon Theater inÌýthe ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ Public Library (9th Street and Canyon).

Swing by the Rec Center for an undead celebration of Halloween and fitness, with zombies, zumba and more. From 7 to 11 p.m.,Ìýdon’t miss out on hitting two birds with one stone by getting ready for Halloween whilst also squeezing in a workout!

Get hyped about the game this weekend with the Buffalo Stampede on Pearl Street Mall between 7 and 8:30 p.m. The parade will feature the marching band, cheerleaders, players, coachesÌýand a fire truck, so come out to celebrate and support your team!

Homecoming Student Tailgate

Join The Herd for the Homecoming tailgate from 9 a.m. to noon onÌýDuane Field. EnjoyÌýa free breakfast sandwich, coffee, hot chocolateÌýor juice. Every hour, The Herd will be giving away bigÌýprizes, including Zeal Optics goggles, gift cards to local businessesÌýand Herd memberships.

Get your tickets now to watch your CU ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ Football team face off against Cal at Folsom Field today at noon. Wear your Buffs attire and come out to support the team on our home turf.

Join the CU Tango Club for their annual free Halloween Masquerade Ball in the Glenn Miller Ballroom. Dress nicely and wear a mask to disguise your identity and dance the night away. If you’ve never tangoed before, there will be a free lesson from 7 to 8 p.m., and then you can show off your new moves with your fellow dancers from 8 to 11 p.m.
