Deborah DePinto will be missed

Deborah DePinto, who grew up in a restaurateur family, fittingly was a chef de cuisine in CU ΊωΒ«ΝήΚΣΖ΅'s Campus Dining Services.

DePinto died in June, news that came as a shock to her CU ΊωΒ«ΝήΚΣΖ΅ family. DePinto, the mother of two children, who began working at CU ΊωΒ«ΝήΚΣΖ΅ more than 10 years ago, was known as an exemplary hard worker.

She was probably the hardest working person I've ever met in my life,” Paul Houle, director of campus dining services said to the Daily Camera. β€œShe was always trying to get better and always wanted to do the best she could.

β€œShe'll be missed.”

Colleagues looking for support services are encouraged to contact CU ΊωΒ«ΝήΚΣΖ΅'s Office of Victim Assistance and the Faculty and Staff Assistance Program.

To inquire about sending cards and condolences, contact Houle.
