The CU «ƵOmbuds Office, which provides confidential mediation and dispute resolution guidance on a wide variety of campus issues, will celebrate its 50th anniversary on Wednesday, Sept. 27.
Campus leaders, including Chancellor Phil DiStefano, are expected to attend the event, which will feature an address by guest speaker Laura Crawshaw, who holds an MSW and a PhD in organizational culture. An executive coach, researcher and author, Crawshawwill be speaking on “Managing Abrasive Conduct in the Age of the Unruly: The Power of Intervention.” Following the program, guests are invited to attend a reception to honor the work of the Ombuds Office.
The event will be held from 4to 7 p.m. in the CASE Chancellor’s Hall and Auditorium.Doors open at 3:45 p.m. Please complete the required pre-registration to attend.
