CU Living: Dietitian’s Dish

Sometimes eating a meal that is both balanced and delicious can be challenging—especially when you lead a busy student lifestyle. Campus Dining Services’ own registered dietitian, Allison Smith, can help. She has developed a program called Dietitian’s Dish, that provides a detailed meal idea each day in the C4C Dining Center.

The program is ranked No. 5 in U.S. News and World Report. But students aren’t limited to ceramics. Kolins is working with tea bags while Smith is laser cutting Bible verses in felt.
