First-place solar decathlon winners receive visit from US secretary of energy, US senator

U.S. Secretary of Energy Jennifer Granholm hosted and recognized CU ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ's first-place national solar decathlon team members. U.S. Sen. John Hickenlooper also attended the visit at the July 1 Colorado Rockies game.

As a small group gathered for a tree dedication ceremony on June 26, Chancellor Philip DiStefano described the defining qualities of Peggy Coppom and her late twin sister Betty Hoover as Forever Buffs for whom the trees are appropriate—symbolic of their dedication to CU ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ.

Lighting marks anniversary of Colorado's first known case of COVID-19

To honor and remember the lives lost in the past year, CU ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ joined the state of Colorado remembrance March 5 with a magenta-colored light display from the tower of the Roser ATLAS building.
