An independent, comprehensive fact-finding inquiry is currently underway of the CU ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ cross country program based on allegations pertaining to its use of body composition analysis, training methods and overall culture. CU ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ has taken these allegations seriously and acted swiftly in response.
The rejection of Ballot Question 2F means the CU ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ South site remains within ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ’s city limits and the city’s flood protection project—among other aspects of the annexation agreement—can continue to move forward.Â

On Oct. 5, the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed a federal judge’s 2021 ruling that the original Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program is unlawful. In response, the CU president and chancellors expressed disappointment and urged DACA recipients to renew as soon as possible. Read more.
