A-rising (pun intended) during the pandemic, Ferment is an artisanal sourdough bread company in ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ co-founded by Andre Gruber, a senior in Creative Technology and Design, with Rafaelo Infante, an advertising major. The two CU ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ undergraduates are passionate about the art of fermentation and baking, and providing ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ with delicious, sustainable food.
