Faces of Leeds Snapshots
The devastating wildfires in Southern California have affected hundreds of CU community members, family, friends and colleagues. Two Leeds students (featured below) joined in the fire-fighting efforts in their Pacific Palisades hometown. Their story was featured on and in other media. Leeds and CU ºù«ÍÞÊÓƵ join together in sympathy and as Los Angeles communities move toward recovery and rebuilding efforts.
Emmett Reiner is always planning 2.5 steps ahead—but a catastrophic fire in his hometown of Los Angeles was never a part of that plan. He helped fight fires in his Pacific Palisades community before returning to Leeds to finish his last semester. Meet Emmett.
